A walking holiday in England & Wales
Hallo and welcome!

Here is our programme of self-guided hiking and walking tours in England & Wales. We have grouped the tours by region, one page per region. Within each region there are links to detailed tour pages, one page per tour.

For each tour there is an interactive map showing the overnight stops on that tour as well as the location of the nearest rail stations to the start and end of the tour.

In addition to the pictures on our own website there are links to images of coastal, mountain and rural scenery on our Flickr gallery.

As in previous years the world-renowned Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail remains a major attraction in our programme, bringing visitors from all over the world to the spectacular coastline of West Wales, now a National Park. Another favourite destination for walking and hiking holidays is the English Lake District, whose magnificent mountain scenery has been drawing discerning visitors since the 18th century.

In addition to our main office in Oxford, close to the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), we have an office in the Shropshire Hills, also an AONB, through which runs the famous Dark Ages earthwork known as Offa’s Dyke.

One of our favourite walks is along the fossil-rich Jurassic Coast of East Devon and Dorset, including a stay at Lyme Regis – familiar to readers of Jane Austen’s Persuasion and John Fowler’s The French Lieutenant’s Woman.

We look forward to hearing from you and fielding any enquiries you may have! For any tour that interests you we can e-mail you a factsheet with more detailed information.
